A good dinner I need to lose weight because I am fat so I try to make easy and good taste dinner by myself
last night,I used the slice of carrot and shredded cucumber , one boiled egg and a red cabbage,cooked a good taste dinner,it looks very little,so I added other vegetables in it .it contains flammulina velutipes and abelmoschus esculentus. I cut them into pieces At last added the salt and soy sauce
I don't think this is a good dinner,it's a bad memory for me because I would eat this type dish as my dinner only when I am losing my weight.But,actually,this dinner is healthy to have.The reason is a variety of essential nutrients for humans are made in this dinner,such as dietary fiber,protein,good fats... ...Even tough I would't choose it when I feel the weight is ok.
